This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from Dr. Breuer may be returned, refunded, or replaced.

2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.

2.2. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, products must be:

  • unused and unopened,

  • in their original packaging,

  • returned in a condition suitable for resale.

2.3. The following items are not eligible for return under the money-back guarantee, unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons),

  • customized or personalized items,

  • products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


3. Return Timeframes

Unless a longer period is required by local law:

  • Cosmetic products – eligible returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

  • Skincare devices – eligible returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Statutory cooling-off periods under EU, UK, Australian, or other consumer laws remain unaffected.


4. Return Process

4.2. After review, return instructions will be provided.

4.3. Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

8. Two-Year Limited Warranty

8.1. Skincare devices sold by Dr. Breuer are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

8.2. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal use.

8.3. The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs,

  • normal wear and tear,

  • damage resulting from failure to follow usage instructions.

8.4. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, statutory warranty rights under applicable law.


9. Legal Rights

This policy is provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • EU and UK consumer protection legislation,

  • Australian Consumer Law,

  • applicable U.S. state and federal laws.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory legal rights, those legal rights shall prevail.
