  • For Consumers, risk passes upon physical receipt of the Products.

  • For non-Consumers, risk passes upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Period

EU and UK Consumers

7.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without providing a reason.

7.2. This right does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Other Jurisdictions

8.1. Returned Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale, unless otherwise required by law.

8.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned Products.

8.3. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions, except where prohibited by applicable law.
