4.1. skincare and medicube devices: cosmetics and third-party medicube systems ship within the european union (eu) only. orders routed outside of the eu zone will be automatically cancelled and refunded. 4.2. Derm A+ led masks:advanced phototherapy hardware units ship worldwide. 4.3. consignment separation: skincare products and led masks may ship separately due to limited availability. skincare items are designed as non-essential post-led companion products; they are not required for device functionality.

5. return protocol and financial refunds

5.1. open-box policy: we offer free, no questions asked returns. consumers retain the legal right to return products even if they have been opened, provided all original items are included. 5.2. integrity of components: to receive a full financial refund, the device, mask, and packaging must not be damaged or missing any components upon inspection at our fulfillment hub. 5.3. initiation: returns must be formally requested via the contact us form located on our platform. unsolicited or unauthorized shipments will be rejected.
